North Thoresby Within Reach
By the end of January 2007, we will have enough rail on site to enable us to reach North Thorseby. We still have to purchase enough sleepers and ballast to complete the track, which will be purchased as and when needed to lay track.
This project will be extending the line without interrupting normal services, and we will be detailing our progress on the site at regular intervals. Since the photograph was taken, the vegetation has been cleared ready for the ballast to arrive.
