Keeping the age of steam alive!

Support our track appeal!

Following government advice to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, we have had to take the hard decision to postpone the opening of the LWR until further notice.

This has come as a massive blow to our railway in a year when we have started to make real progress with the line extension towards Louth.

The only money we receive is from the public who visit our railway and travel on our trains. We totally understand the need for the steps that have been taken but unfortunately the closure means we have no income to see us through this difficult period, or to invest in future developments.

However, you can still give your support from home by making a donation online to our ‘Making Tracks for Louth’ fund to help keep the project moving forward. Don’t forget you can boost your donation by 25p of gift aid for every £1 you donate.

Thank you. In the meantime, stay safe and we look forward to seeing you at Ludborough when things return to normal.
