Keeping the age of steam alive!

Family Fun Weekend. 4th-6th May

The Lincolnshire Wolds Railway has a fun-packed three day Western-themed event for all the family this coming Bank Holiday Weekend!

We will be open on Saturday 4th, Sunday 5th and Monday 6th May and there will be lots of attractions in the events field and entertainment on the train.

Steam trains will be running hourly from 1.45 to 4.45 pm on Saturday and 10.45 am to 3.45 pm on Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday.

There will be Country & Western-themed entertainment on the train on Saturday and Sunday with Line Dancers performing on the station platform and we invite people to join in the fun and come dressed in Cowboy, Indian, or any other Western-themed costumes.

In the events field at Ludborough station there will be a whole host of attractions including a Folk Band, Bouncy Castle, lots of different craft stalls and Glitter Tattoos, to name but a few.

A family day-rover ticket for two adults and up to four children costs just £20 and you can ride on the train as much as you like.
