Already booked tickets – Please read below
If you have any enquiries relating to your booking, please send a direct email to santa2023lwr@gmail.com
We will not be able to update or change any bookings using the chat function.
We have a new ticket system…
- Your order will be processed
- Seats will be chosen by you during your booking
- You will receive an email acknowledgement
- Check all details are correct & screenshot / print out as your ticket (you will not receive physical tickets)
- Arrive on the date / time booked
- You will be welcomed, checked off on the list and shown to your seats.
Seats are chosen by you during your booking, and you will be required to take these seats on the day so to help Santa and his Elves not to get mixed up with the children attending.
Santa will visit you during your journey.
The total journey is just under 1 hour.
Don’t forget to visit Santa’s Grotto after your journey to take your own photos.
We would love to see everyone wearing your best Christmas costumes / jumpers or something Christmassy – one elf in particular will be checking & telling Santa if you’ve co-operated ha-ha
Cancellation Policy
We understand sometimes unexpected situations arise, where you will not be able to attend as planned and here at the LWR we will do everything to help. We do have a general cancellation policy which can be read under the cancellation section… Please get in touch with us at the earliest possible time, so that we can speak with you direct.
