There’s one in Firebeacon Lane near Covenham – about 2 miles away

Just got home after a great day out.
The market was small (4 / 5 stands) but had a few interesting stands and the catering was great – both inside the converted buffet car (classic Tea and Cake shop) and in the field (Burgers / Pies and ice cream).
Earthbound misfits where very entertaining but due to train times we missed the Punch and Judy AND the flying display…
The train ride is short (only 3 miles in total) but very pleasant and you just have enough time to chat to the staff (all very polite and friendly) at the far end. Some folk ‘did a runner’ and slipped to the pub for lunch and caught the train back an hour later – your ticket is good for ALL day.
Would I go again – YES

Thank you for leaving a comment on our Steampunk event and I’m glad you enjoyed your day. I’m sorry you missed the Punch & Judy Show and Falconry Flying display – there were performances in the morning and afternoon so that people did not miss out when travelling on the train.
